Luxurious clubhouses with onsite salons, billiards and game rooms, fully equipped fitness centers, libraries, year-round heated pools and spas, community gardens, putting greens — plus the Carefree FUN Bus running five days a week.
Daily social activities: crafting sessions, Friday night happy hours with live music, weekly breakfasts and lunches in the clubhouse, line dancing, water aerobics, bingo, karaoke, themed parties, and seasonal celebrations.
Our homes are created for you to make your own, so apartments come unfurnished. Each unit includes a refrigerator and stove, and washer and dryer rentals are available.
Absolutely! Guests can experience the carefree lifestyle by staying with a resident for up to 14 days, and are welcome to enjoy the outdoor community amenities when accompanied by a resident.
